The following discloses our information gathering, use and dissemination practices for the Enterprise edition of the Online Reward Exchange platform (the “Program”) and the website relating thereto.

Collection of Personal and Non-Personal Information
When visiting our web site, OnlineRewardExchange.com, in order to register to use certain services or request information, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"), such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, or telephone number. You may review and revise any Personal Information we have about you by sending a request to cltssales@cltsloyalty.com or calling 1-952-914-6650.
We may also request non-personally identifiable information, such as place of work (also known as demographic and profile data), although providing this information is optional. This information is maintained anonymously, so we have information about everyone as a group who answered the questions, rather than information about a single individual's response.
Information Usage
We use Personal Information furnished on information request forms to perform business functions, such as providing you with our services, informing you of the uses and capabilities of the Program, or to notify you about new products or services and special promotions offered by CLTS.
We may use demographic data to improve and enhance your experience on the CLTS Web sites. For example, we may use certain preferences you provide to tailor your experience at our site, such as showing you content and sending you notices concerning merchandise and services that may interest you.
Information Disclosure
We may share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties, including marketing partners, printers, billing agents, and other service providers that assist us in performing our business functions and marketing and servicing our products, and as otherwise permitted or required by law. These parties have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

We may share demographic information with unaffiliated third parties, such as advertisers interested in advertising on the CLTS Web sites, in aggregate, anonymous form, which means that the shared information will not contain nor be linked to any personally identifiable information about you or any other person.
Opt-Out of Sharing of Personal Information; Choice with Respect to Receiving Marketing Emails
We value your privacy. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties (other than those disclosures required or permitted by law), you may let us know by sending an e-mail to cltssales@cltsloyalty.com with the words "Opt-Out" in the subject line or call 1-952-914-6650.
If you do not want to receive future promotional information from CLTS you may let us know by sending an e-mail to cltssales@cxloyalty.com, with a "Privacy Policy" subject line. Please include your user name and the words "block from CLTS and its affiliates" in your email. Please allow up to 10 business days for your e-mail to be removed.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (1) a list of the categories of Personal Information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes, and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties. We will respond to such written requests within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.

Internet Protocol (IP) Address
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address may also be used to help identify you for the duration of a session and to gather broad demographic information. Your IP address will never be linked to any personally identifiable information unless you are in the process of making a purchase, in which case the link between this information will terminate upon your final purchase.
Clickstream
As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each Web site you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as "clickstream data," can be collected and stored by a Web site's server. Clickstream data can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use, the address of the Web site from which you linked to the CLTS web site, and in some instances, your e-mail address. Maintaining the Security of Your Information
We have implemented security procedures which use reasonable measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of Personal Information in our possession and guard against unauthorized access or use. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and CLTS, and CLTS and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties, such as hackers. We also identify data that is to be protected, provide a reasonable level of protection for that data, and grant access to protected data only to those individuals who need to use it in performing their job-related duties. Employees who violate our security procedures will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination. CLTS utilizes SSL encryption on pages where secure information is transmitted over the Internet. We also use VerisignT as our Certificate of Authority.
Treatment of Information of Former Customers
We will continue to follow our privacy policy for your Personal Information even when you are no longer a customer of our business.
